A Mad Catz anunciou para a CES 2021 dois novos ratos: um com fio, ambidestro e forma de morcego (B.A.T. 6+) e outro sem fios, duas tecnologias de conexão e forma de rato, o R.A.T. DWS. Ambos utilizam switches mecânicos DAKOTA™ e sensores ópticos Pixart. O modelo  é o primeiro a ter o novo Cyborg Engine da marca. Ambos produtos muito muito interessantes!

Mad Catz announces the B.A.T. 6+ Gaming Mouse

High performance, hyper-responsive DAKOTA switch, diversified accessories, and aggressiveness in aesthetics

B.A.T. 6+’s design cues were inspired by spaceships, hypercars, and batmobiles. The side vents design was obtained from the speediest hypercar. This design prevents the gamer’s hands from overheating during long hours of play. B.A.T. 6+ is the first gaming mouse to implement the Mad Catz Cyborg Engine. The Cyborg Engine is designed to have less impact on your gaming mouse while handling all of your important game settings. B.A.T. 6+ also features the Mad Catz DAKOTA™ mechanical switch. The DAKOTA™ Mechanical Switch adopts a new signal detection technology, enabling an instant response to be made by any of two contact points. This technology precisely processes signal registration and accelerates the switch’s response time to within only 2 milliseconds – 60% faster than other mechanical switches!

Empowered by the Pixart PMW 3389 optical sensor, the B.A.T. 6+ will be able to detect all of your adversaries in every step that they take, giving you critical strikes with incredible levels of accuracy. The 10 programmable button layout is specially designed to help you to become accustomed to different games. With up to 5 storage profiles, you can have the best optimization available for your current gameplay with just a click through the software.

Mad Catz announces the R.A.T. DWS Wireless Gaming Mouse

Dual-mode wireless connections, hyper-responsive DAKOTA switch, diversified accessories, and longevity of power.

DWS gaming mouse, a wireless gaming mouse from the beloved Mad Catz R.A.T. series.  Equipped with the hyper-responsive 2ms DAKOTA™ mechanical switch, diversified accessories, and a 16K high-end sensor, R.A.T. DWS achieves the ultimate performance, tracking ability, and longevity which other gaming mice can’t compete with.

R.A.T. DWS is one of the most customizable wireless gaming mice in the market. Moreover, the additional modular accessories make every game easier to maneuver. Its adjustable palm rest and swappable pinkie rests can fit into every size of hands and accommodate all grip styles. These two sets of pinkie rests enhance the grip friction and prevent you from having discomfort from long hours of play. This mechanism creates a residual bouncing effect that can result in multiple signals. A debounce delay algorithm is required to overcome this. The DAKOTA™ Mechanical Switch adopts a new signal detection technology, enabling an instant response to be made by any of two contact points. This technology precisely processes signal registration and accelerates the switch response time to within only 2 milliseconds – 60% faster than other mechanical switches!

R.A.T. DWS is equipped with dual-mode wireless – 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.0 connections. The 2.4GHz wireless mode allows you to get access to a rapid 1ms response, while the low-latency Bluetooth mode can sustain up to 300 hours with only a AA battery, which is engineered to optimize power consumption. The advanced PAW3335DB optical sensor offers a hyper-resolution of 16000 DPI, thereby providing a greater sensitivity that allows for an acute level of precision for victory.
